India Kotis (WRITER) is a playwright and anthropologist. She is currently a member of The Road Theatre’s 2021 Under Construction 2 cohort and BMI Lehman-Engel Librettists Workshop. Plays include PHILIA (James E. Michael Prize in Playwriting), SYBILLE OF HARROGATE (G45 Productions), THE SECRET LIFE OF BICYCLES (The Blank Theatre), and THE TANGIBLES (Rascal Arts; published by Playscripts in 2016), among others. She is a two-time alumnus of Young Playwrights, Inc.’s Advanced Playwriting Workshop, and a recipient of their 2015 National Competition.
